1 p.m. update: The plumbers are fitting the new pipe in the ground. Full water service should be restored in 15 minutes.

The water is out at Temple High School. A construction worker hit a water line.
We are working on fixing this and expect the water to be back on by 1 p.m.
The stadium is opened for restroom and water use. We brought bottled water to the high school and it is available to all students.
