Senior Families,
The 2024 Graduation Row Assignments can be viewed at THIS LINK. As you enter the arena and view the stage, the odd rows are on the left and the even rows are on the right. As a reminder, doors open to ticketed guests at 8:30, and guests are encouraged to arrive early if they wish to secure seats close to their graduate.
The Cadence Bank Center has adopted a clear bag policy this year; one clear bag 12"x8"x6", per person, is allowed. They do allow non-clear clutches no larger than 4.5"x6.5", medical bags, and parenting bags. While flowers are welcome, guests may not bring balloons, signs, or noisemakers.

Senior families,
 
Graduation is still scheduled for June 1 at 10:00 at the Cadence Bank Center (formerly Bell County Expo Center). Seniors will need to arrive at 8:00 am in their cap and gown. While there have been no changes to the graduation schedule, other senior activities have been impacted by the events of this week, as follows:
 
All senior activities planned for the week of May 27 have been cancelled due to facility operations concerns and underclassmen semester exam schedules. This includes Senior Walks for both the elementary and middle school levels.
 
The Graduation meeting information will be sent via email on Tuesday, May 28. It will also be posted to Skyward family access and the Class of 2024 facebook page. Please keep an eye out and read the information carefully to ensure your senior is prepared for the event.
 
Gradation packet pickup will take place on Wednesday, May 29 from 1:00-3:00 at Temple High. The exact location at the school is TBD and will be announced Tuesday. Students will be required to sign for their packet, which includes graduation information, purchased endorsement cords, and 8 graduation tickets. 
As a reminder, the state of Texas requires students to complete the FAFSA or formally opt out in order to graduate from high school; a student must meet this requirement before picking up their graduation packet. Counselors will be available from 1-3 on Wednesday to assist if needed.
 
Project Graduation, the traditional celebratory event for seniors, will be held June 1 from 8pm to 1am at THS.
