Libraries are constantly evolving, and the library at Hector P. Garcia Elementary School is becoming a MakerSpace!
Through generous donations in the Donors Choose website, the Garcia Library now has a sewing machine and Circut.
Each activity has at least five books students must read before they embark on their journey creating with the new equipment.
Now, Garcia needs supplies for the students to create with. They are in need of:
Sewing Machine:
fabric
white thread
black thread
felt
Cricut:
cardstock
pattern scrapbook paper
glue
vinyl
iron on transfer paper
buttons
ribbon
