Each time you receive a scholarship throughout the year, please record the information on the form below.
Recommendation Letters
Students requesting a recommendation letter from a counselor need to fill out a recommendation form so that counselors can complete a recommendation. Please type your responses and submit to your counselor.
College Visit Form
Starting junior year, students are allowed two excused college visits per school year. Please have the college fill out the attached form.
The form can be turned in the following day to the attendance office.
